ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The services that Unvoyage for Perfumes & Cosmetics Trading provides to User is subject to the following Terms of Use(TOU). Unvoyage Boutique reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to User.
This Agreement, which incorporate by reference other provisions applicable to use of www.unvoyage.ae , including but not limited to, supplemental terms and condition set forth hereof (“Supplemental Terms”) governing the use of certain specific material contained www.unvoyage.ae , sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of www.unvoyage.ae by User. By using Unvoyage Boutique, User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use www.unvoyage.ae is personal to User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. User is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User’s password(s), if any.
Unvoyage Boutique shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of www.unvoyage.ae , including but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access of use.

 

Privacy:

Unvoyage Boutique is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control.
Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the UAE may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

Security:

Credit card payments are secured. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Fraud Prevention:

In order to protect you and Aldro Aromas from fraudulent transactions, Unvoyage Boutique may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. Unvoyage Boutique also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.

 

General terms and conditions for returns:

- Only wooden oud (incense) can be returned if it does not meet the specifications mentioned in the product description.

- The customer is allowed to use only one gram, and any excess will be deducted according to the selling price.

- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways, using an official approved carrier.

- The customer is responsible for any customs fees or charges that may be imposed on the returned product.

- Customer service must be notified of the return within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

- The refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned product, deducting all shipping costs and commissions incurred from the purchase using credit cards or similar methods.

- The refund will be made to the same customer account and in the same manner as the purchase was made.

- The company reserves the right to refuse a return if there is a reason for rejection.

- All oud oil, blends, musk, roses, and essential oils are non-returnable due to their sensitivity to various considerations and factors.

- All perfumes without accompanying sample bottles will not be accepted for returns.
